The disassembly of used products is a critical procedure in remanufacturing, and different strategies are often obtained from perspectives. To describe the process more accurately, uncertainty information should be considered. Therefore, random variables introduced for time, cost, effort. Based on extended stochastic Petri net modeling method programming theory, optimization algorithm combined with artificial intelligence technology multiobjective genetic designed, model sequence car parts under uncertain conditions successfully constructed. This considers viewpoint decision maker. Moreover, Monte Carlo applied to solve model, validity practicability verified by an example automotive transmission.Implications: With rapid development economy shortening product life cycle, rate renewal getting faster faster, which also leads production large number waste products. According forecast relevant departments, it estimated that, 2020, there will about 35 million televisions, 15 refrigerators, 13 washing machines, 12 air conditioners, 57 computers, 8.3 scrapped cars. Waste contain lot renewable resources. If they cannot effectively recycled, great resources, unreasonable disposal may have negative impact environment. due environmental pressure economic drive, recycling remanufacturing activities caused widespread concern society. Disassembly defined as operation or activity disassembling assembly such product, assembly, component, result multiple removal operations product.
